There is no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient when we have heavy luggage.

The apartment is in a very pleasant area. It is served by buses. The apartment has all the necessary comfort, and is very clean. Furthermore, our correspondent was perfect.

Easy access to Mile End and Mont Royal, this apartment made much of Montreal very walkable for us. Easy code-based access.
The window AC unit was fine for the living room but didn't reach the bedroom. A floor-standing fan helped, but nights got hot. Having to walk up three flights of stairs wasn't a problem for us, but should be noted for those who'd prefer an elevator.

We would like to inform you that from October 1st, 2023, through March 15th, 2024, there will be undergoing essential construction and renovation work on the ground Floor on weekdays.The noise levels are sadly out of our control, so i recommend bringing earplugs just in case. No construction on weekends. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of CAD 499 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. License number: 299603, valid until 7/31/26
